1. Age Requirement

Haive is intended for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly allow individuals under the age of 18 to create accounts or use our services. If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account will be terminated immediately.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Haive maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that exploits or endangers minors. Any such content discovered on our platform will be:

• Immediately removed from the platform
• Reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities
• Result in the permanent and immediate ban of the offending account

3. Content Moderation

We employ the following measures to protect the safety of our community:

• User Reporting: All users can report inappropriate content, profiles, or behavior directly within the app. Reports are reviewed by the Haive team.
• User Blocking: Users can block any other user at any time to prevent further contact.
• Content Review: Reported content is reviewed and actioned promptly by our moderation team.
• Account Enforcement: Accounts that violate our policies are subject to warnings, suspension, or permanent bans depending on the severity of the violation.

4. Reporting Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior on Haive that endangers a child or violates our child safety standards, please report it immediately:

5. Cooperation with Authorities

Haive cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the investigation of any activity that may endanger children. We will preserve and provide relevant account information and content when required by law.
